Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Byaddey collects when you visit our website or place an order, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Order details you provide at checkout: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address.
Your email address if you join our newsletter.
Your bag contents, stored in your own browser so they’re still there when you come back.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and, where you choose them, PayPal and Afterpay. Byaddey never sees or stores your full card details.

To fulfil and deliver your order, send order updates, respond to your messages and — only if you opt in — send marketing emails.

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time and contact us to access, correct or delete your personal information.
